I always enjoyed analyzing aesthetic patterns and proportions. Overcoming numerous challenges, my life has revolved around my architecture firm for 22 years, which has solidified through the recognition of our projects. At 41, I am responsible for leading and conveying my architectural language to the team of architects that constitutes the intellectual backbone of Schuchovski Arquitetura. Together, we strive to find optimal solutions for architecture in complete harmony with the goals of our clients and nature.
STATEMENT OF ART:The core principles guiding our design thinking revolve around the concepts of fluidity, transparency, luminosity, and sculptural lightness, all in pursuit of the true essence of sustainability. These fundamental pillars serve as the foundation for our approach to architectural projects, shaping a philosophy that goes beyond mere aesthetics, aiming to create spaces that harmonize with the environment and endure over time.
Fluidity, as a central tenet, encapsulates the seamless integration of various elements within a design. It reflects an innate understanding of how spaces interact and flow, both functionally and visually. This concept manifests in our projects through interconnected spaces that facilitate a smooth and intuitive movement, fostering a sense of openness and connectivity.
Transparency, another guiding principle, embodies our commitment to openness and honesty in design. By incorporating elements such as glass and open structures, we aim to dissolve physical barriers, allowing natural light to permeate and creating a sense of unity between the interior and exterior. This not only enhances the visual appeal of the space but also promotes a connection with the surrounding environment.
Luminosity is a key aspect that goes beyond mere illumination. It involves a thoughtful consideration of how light interacts with different materials and surfaces, influencing the overall atmosphere of a space. The strategic placement of windows, skylights, and innovative lighting solutions contributes to a well-balanced interplay between light and shadow, enriching the sensory experience within the built environment.

EXPERIENCE:
The approach to authorship, led by the founding partner, plays a fundamental role in the conception of our projects. Teamwork occurs with the collaboration of our entire team, aiming to contribute to the creation of architectural and interior design projects with a contemporary aesthetic language. We seek a deep integration between the built environment and the landscape. We have already signed more than 20 residential projects, built in various cities in Brazil and one abroad, in addition to a variety of interior design projects that enrich our portfolio.

Schuchovski Arquitetura has achieved recognition in the field of architecture, winning the International Property Awards in 2019-2020 and 2022-2023, where it received 5 stars and was considered one of the best projects in the Americas. Additionally, the firm was nominated for the ArchDaily Building Of The Year 2024 award and was a finalist in the iF Design Awards 2023. These awards highlight the commitment to excellence in their projects.
