INSPIRATION:
The inspiration for the Hobot S6 Pro stemmed from the laborious and dangerous task of window cleaning. Its dual mop reciprocating polish function mimics human hand cleaning with unmatched speed and precision. The device includes an ultrasonic spraying function that replicates human breath on the window to dissolve stains. Research on static electricity's role in attracting dust led to a design that efficiently cleans and neutralizes static charge, significantly prolonging window cleanliness.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Hobot S6 Pro features a revolutionary dual mop reciprocating polish, wiping at 600 times per minute to remove dust and move steadily, and utilizes its dual ultrasonic spray to bring streak free cleaning result. Moreover, it can neutralize static electricity on the windows, keeping it long lasting spotless after cleaning. Paired with user friendly and eco friendly designs that include reusable cleaning cloths and conserve water, the Hobot S6 Pro is a leader of sustainable cleaning technology.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Operating the Hobot S6 Pro is simple. Attach it to the window and press the button to begin. It moves across from top to bottom, reversing at frameless edges or upon encountering obstacles and window frames, to ensure full coverage automatically. The high speed reciprocating dual mop mimics hand cleaning, while two ultrasonic nozzles emit a fine mist to dissolve stains. Control and monitor via the smartphone app, or use a remote for basic operations, getting the cleaning task done effortlessly.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project timeline for the Hobot S6 Pro began with the initial idea in November 2022. The first tooling phase was undertaken in July 2023, leading to mass production commencing in March 2024.

square device shape, 260mm × 260mm × 89mm, 1.65kgs, vacumm to attach to the vertical surface, 8kgs of suction power and 7kgs ascending power, antifalling control algorithm, 2 cleaning cloth, high speed reciprocate mopping against the window 600 times per minutes with 4mm stroke, 2 replaceable water tanks with ultrasonic nozzles, 4.5 meter long safety rope with 230 Kgf pulling force durability, 650mAh UPS battery for 20 minutes backup, remote and smartphone controlled, CE, FCC, RoHS certified

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Focused on automating window cleaning, the Hobot S6 Pro aimed to enhance efficiency and bring convenience. Beyond its essential goal, a pivotal discovery this time was the role of static electricity in attracting dust, leading to the development of a dual-mop reciprocating polish that neutralizes static electricity, thus keeping windows spotless for longer after cleaning. This innovation streamlines maintenance tasks, yielding promising results, and has raised the industry standard yet again.

CHALLENGE:
Incorporating new technologies like static electricity neutralization while adhering to safety and production standards posed big challenges. Access to cutting edge research on static electricity's role in dust accumulation was vital. Overcoming these hurdles required extensive prototyping and the use of advanced technology to ensure top performance without sacrificing safety or usability. This endeavor advanced automated window cleaning technology and established new industry benchmarks.
