| DESIGN NAME: Coziro PRIMARY FUNCTION: Helmet INSPIRATION: Inspired by the sunroof of sports cars, this product, after extensive wind tunnel testing and field experiment, pioneers AirHuge™ sunroof that features 25 vents in 8 directions and supports two positions, creating a new ventilation system able to be adjusted as needed. The product, mimicking the fast back of sports cars, comes with a streamlined shape to reduce wind resistance and noise for a stabler, safer ride. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This product solves the problem of traditional helmets feeling hot and stuffy in summer. Its unique sunroof design featuring scientific large ventilation area at the top, and the dual visor structure, significantly lower the temperature around the head, offering a more comfortable riding experience. The helmet mimicking the fast back of sports cars enables lower wind resistance. This product ensures high breathability, excellent heat dissipation, efficient protection and good comfort. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This product provides users with an experience of 0 weight, 0 constraint, and 0 stuffiness. Its lightweight design helps to reduce the burden on the head. Its size has been calculated based on data from over 50,000 actual wearers, ensuring a perfect fit without feeling tight. The lining made of Coolmax fabric boasts superior moisture wicking and quick drying performance for better breathability and heat dissipation. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This product was developed in 2023 in Zhejiang, and will be launched in March, 2024 in China. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: inside EPS foam, Coolmax lining, PC visors, ABS shell SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 178*235*350mm TAGS: electric vehicle helmet, sunroof design, ventilation system, dual visor design, fast back of sports cars RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Traditional counterparts on the market often features poor ventilation and are relatively bulky, which may lead to discomfort during hot weather or after prolonged use. This helmet equipped with a unique sunroof design and an efficient ventilation system greatly reduces the internal temperature, so as to enhance comfort and breathability. The inside EPS foam remarkably reduces the weight, contributing to a more comfortable wearing experience. CHALLENGE: The challenge was how to achieve personalization while effectively alleviating the discomfort after wearing the helmet for a long time. This product allows riders to flexibly adjust the sunroof according to seasons and weather conditions. During hot days, with the sunroof fully opened, its ventilation quantity can reach up to three times greater than that of traditional ones. It adopts the ultra sealing process, whereby the closed sunroof well avoids rainwater intrusion on rainy or snowy days.
