Aroma Gourmet
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Filter Coffee Machine
INSPIRATION:
Although filter coffee is a common drink for everyone, the aroma received from coffee is different due to the fact that our tastes are different, just like our personalities. To develop a coffee machine that can be used at home or outside the home that will provide a drink according to the preferences of people in an environment where personal tastes come to the front.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We have developed a filter coffee machine with multiple functions for those who want to realize their own coffee experience. We have made it aesthetic, practical and functional for the user to make coffee according to their taste in all coffee making processes. The user will experience a machine that appeals to his senses with a coffee run that spreads out into the environment while brewing his coffee on the one hand.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The user fills the water tank with water, then pours only his coffee without using paper, thanks to the special filter of the coffee tank, and adjusts the aroma adjustment bar according to his own taste. Then press the start button and the machine starts. If desired, place your cup on top of the brew chamber to warm it up and it will heat up. Then you can sip your coffee with pleasure. Thanks to the apparatus supplied with the machine, it can brew manually even when there is no electricity.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project was designed in Istanbul, Turkiye. The complete product development process for all different versions took about 18 months.

SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
Dimensions : 154mm/ 330mm/ 298mm weight, with glass pot 2 kg
220-240 V 50/60 Hz. As a timer switch is used, it automatically shuts down after 40 minutes, preventing energy wastage.The water tank is detachable and can be easily cleaned inside.Through the wire filter no need for paper filters

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Market research was conducted. The user experience was examined. Together with the baristas, the drip brewing method, filter micron diameters, water temperature, pot and cup temperature were examined for the best coffee experience.
CHALLENGE:
It is used to break down fatty acids and reveal the richest flavors in coffee grounds. As in the ’blooming' method, the water gradually meets the coffee grounds in a circular movement from the outside to the inside, at the point where it meets the coffee grounds.
