| DESIGN NAME: Sonic Signal Pro PRIMARY FUNCTION: Child Safety Seat INSPIRATION: Our original intention of developing this product is to provide a comfortable and safe seat for the baby. The design of the cabin is inspired by the mother's womb, and we simulate the feeling of embracing, which can make the baby sleep more peacefully. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is a child safety seat designed to protect children aged 0-12 during driving.This type of seat adopts injection molding process and high quality foaming polypropylene as filling material, can effectively seismic, alleviate the impact of external force. The innovation of this product lies in the use of hidden support legs, which can ensure the stability of the seat when unfolded, and can be completely hidden under the base when the child grows up, without hindering the child's legs. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This product needs to be used on the back seat of the car. First, pull out the isofix interface and support legs, and then use it after the seat is installed firmly and securely.In the process of vehicle driving, the five-point safety buckle must be locked. The reclining Angle of the seat and the height of the headrest can be adjusted according to the needs of the baby. The cockpit can also rotate 360 degrees, which is convenient for the baby to switch between front and back, and also for the baby to get on and off the car, and to interact with adults in the car. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was established in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China in February 2022, and samples were confirmed in Ningbo in June 2022. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We use the full body injection molding process to create the seat shell, which improves the impact resistance of the seat and allows for more detailed operation.The shell is also made of environmentally friendly material polypropylene, which is completely non-toxic and tasteless. The foamed polypropylene used for filling can be naturally degraded and has good flame retardancy, and combustion will not cause secondary pollution to the environment.
