About Gianfranco Vannucchi : Established since 1971 in São Paulo, Brazil, Königsberger Vannucchi Arquitetos Associados has developed over 1.000 architecture, urbanism and planning projects representing over 10.000.000,00 square meters. During these decades Königsberger Vannucchi developed a wide experience in Commercial, Housing, Corporate, Urban Planning, Cultural and Mixed Use projects. Their principals, architects Jorge Königsberger and Gianfranco Vannucchi, have had their articles, lectures, essays and books published in Brazil, Argentina, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Mexico, Japan, United States, England, Korea, Russia, China, etc. Their work has been frequently awarded in Brazil and abroad, including the “III Buenos Aires International Biennale of Architecture Prize” and the “World Annual Prix D’ Excellence 2005“ from FIABCI - International Real Estate Federation, for the best world Multipurpose project of the year – the “BCP Complex” in São Paulo.
