Senior Landscape Designer / Team Leader
• Oversees and manages landscape design team as well as all phases of landscape design project, including initial project scoping and feasibility, preliminary and final design, construction document preparation, bidding, and construction of multiple concurrent projects.
• Provides creative design solution in schematic and conceptual design stage. Provision of commercial services such as time, fee and other cost estimates, along with bidding and sales/ account management. Provision of project management with tight budget control on projects owned or delivered into by the landscape team.
• Deliver landscape and other necessary input into Environmental Impact Assessments. Carry out landscape character and visual impact assessments in the field followed up with high quality assessment and timely reporting. With accompanying high quality landscape plans and photomontages.
