| DESIGN NAME: Portable Terminal PRIMARY FUNCTION: Portable Terminal is the general name given to portable computers. The aim of this product is to store, translate and run the uploaded information or the input data from the barcodes. It is an industrial, lasting portable computer suitable to the field conditions. It's used in field sells, instant exchanges, storage automation and mobile work solutions. INSPIRATION: Logicode presents customized technology for a specified area in soft lines and a curved form and aims to maximize the capabilities of the handheld terminal to meet the user needs. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Logicode allows easy and fast data computing solutions for logistics field. With its wide range of capabilities, data transactions are carried out more organized and effectively. Handheld terminal has a barcode reader and allows variable media input (such as SD card, infrared, audio in) or output (mini USB and audio out) for data recording and transfering. Product has several more connection options on the cradle such as USB and ethernet inputs and it is charged by DC input on the cradle. Ergonomic design of the body is produced of rugged materials for the terminal to withstand outdoor conditions. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The body material except the buttons and and connection port protectors are ABS, the production technique is injection. The material of the buttons and connection port protectors are silicon, made by injection molding. The protector of the display screen is polycarbonate, and it is produced by injection too. Cradle and handle are made out of ABS and the production technique is injection.
